NEMBOS - North East Mountain Bike Orienteering Series 2007
NEMBOS Following on from the successes of the last 3 years NEMBOS returns with another series of events for 2007,again a mixture of Trailquest and Mbo. Your support would be gratefully appreciated at any or all of these events.
The seven events planned for 2007 are as follows:
1. Saturday 24 February – Stokesley - 2 hour - CLOK (near the A19/A172). This 2 hour event is being organised by Chris Wright of Cleveland Orienteering Klub (CLOK).
2. Saturday 14 April – Wass - 2 hour - NYMBO - Steve Willis.
3. Saturday 5 May – Glentress - 3 hour - the Edinburgh Road Club is again presenting our annual trip over the border at the now legendary home of quality mountain biking trails at Glentress - Cliff White
4. Sunday 8 July – Kielder - 4 hour - VC Nouveau - Trev Naisbett
5. Saturday 25 August – Malham, Yorkshire Dales - 4 hour - Malham Show.
6. Saturday 15 September – Boltby - 2 hour - NYMBO - Steve Willis
7. Sunday 23 September – Blanchland - 3 hour - VC Nouveau - Barry Phillipson
The best 4 scores(out of 7) will count towards overall league placings, prizes for class winners. (See www.trailquest.co.uk for details).
