Rose Cottage is a charming Grade II listed cottage dating back to the 17th Century. Ideally situated in the centre of the village and for exploring the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The cottage incorporates a wealth of natural features including flagstone floors and oak beams. The cottage has recently been sensitively renovated which has been complemented with a high standard of furnishings and fittings resulting in a very comfortable holiday home.

| The Cottage sleeps 2 to 4 people. And the accommodation comprises, Sitting room with flagstone floor, beamed ceiling and multi fuel stove. Dining kitchen with flagstone floor, electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and granite worktops. Double Bedroom with iron bed, window seat and stunning views across the village and a further bedroom with 2 single beds and views across open fields. House bathroom with cloudburst shower over bath, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

Oil fired central heating, fuel and logs for stove and all electricity included. Digital television, DVD player, stereo and selection of books and games, Automatic washing machine, Hairdryer, Travel cot and high chair available on request, Bed linen and towels provided
We regret no pets and this is a non smoking cottage.
The cottage is available all year and bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, Prices from £430 per week. During the Low Season short breaks are also available by arrangement from £330.
