1st Prize, £100 won by Mr M J Dowden and his 4 grandchildren, from Cross Roads,
Keighley, West Yorkshire.
2nd Prize, £50 won by Bradley Dutton, aged 6, from Cowling in West Yorkshire.
3rd Prize, £20 won by Katie Smith aged 8 of Bradley in North Yorkshire.
A prize of £20 has been awarded to Mrs K Peach of Skipton who visited with friends from Liverpool and who found the same number of butterflies as the organisers, 216.
The balloon race was won by a visitor to the Dale from Kent who has been sent her tickets to Alton Towers, the winning balloon having travelled to Bavaria in Germany!!
Proceeds of the 2005 Safari raised £6,000 which were distributed between Kirkby Malham School, Kirkby Malham Church and Malham Chapel
